One of the programme's key moments was the appointment of Dr. János Áder, former President of Hungary and current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Kék Bolygó Foundation, as the Honorary Ambassador of the Hungarian Water Partnership. The recognition was bestowed by Dr. Károly Kovács, President of the HWP, on behalf of the organisation’s board.
