One of the first concrete projects resulted from the partnership established between HWP and its new strategic partner, the Nemzeti Vízművek Zrt. (National Waterworks) aims to provide assistance to the Ghana Water Company Ltd. The cooperation focuses on sharing water industry information and knowledge as well as best practices, capacity building and promotion of sustainable water sector development.
One of the key cooperation areas has been the increase of risk management capacity in the water sector in the context of the climate change and the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals until 2030.
