Hungarian Water Partnership Joins the European Cluster Collaboration Platform
We are proud to announce that we have joined the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), further strengthening our connections with European innovation ecosystems, industry clusters and international partners.
The ECCP is an initiative of the European Commission that supports cooperation among clusters, businesses, research organisations and other innovation actors. It provides opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, partnership building and international collaboration, helping European organisations develop stronger and more competitive industrial ecosystems.
Strong Networks Create Stronger Solutions
Today’s water challenges do not stop at national borders—and neither can the solutions. Climate change, water scarcity, ageing infrastructure, pollution and the growing need for water reuse require cooperation between companies, researchers, public authorities, financial institutions and professional organisations.
For HWP, joining this European network represents an important opportunity to connect Hungarian water-sector knowledge and technologies with potential partners across Europe and beyond. Raising the Profile of Hungarian Water Expertise
Hungary has extensive knowledge and proven experience in water management, drinking-water treatment, wastewater and sludge treatment, water reuse, stormwater management, flood and drought management, monitoring, engineering and sustainable and climate resilient infrastructure planning. Through the ECCP, HWP will be able to present this expertise to a wider European audience and identify new opportunities for its practical application.
Participation in the platform also complements HWP’s broader mission: to strengthen cooperation between industry, research, education and public-sector stakeholders while promoting competitive, sustainable and internationally applicable Hungarian water solutions.
Joining the European Cluster Collaboration Platform is therefore more than an expansion of our professional network.
